Maurice is an accomplished marketing and communication executive, business owner, and United States Army war veteran.  His passion for mentoring has led to successfully implementing operational changes within organizations such as Boynton Health, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Prairie View A&M University.  His thought leadership founded initiatives like the 1890s Land-Grant Communications Summit, PVU-Kno student-run radio station, and implemented diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives fostering opportunities for tens of thousands of people.   He earned a Master’s degree in Strategic Communications from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Radio & Television Communications and Business Administration from Prairie View A&M University (Texas).

Maurice enjoys helping organizations whose mission is to help others.  He joined Youable in October 2022, and currently serves on the Board Governance and Executive Committees.
